How to register

You can register either online or by mailing/faxing the Registration Form which you will find in the Registration Brochure or for download.

Important information regarding the workshops:

  • Workshops I, III and IV are already full - although all facilitators have increased the number of places to an absolute maximum. To accommodate the unexpected high demand we have organised a 5th workshop: 'Consenting to Medical Treatment: Legal Requirements vs Medical Practice' - run by Carol Peters
  • Everybody who is on a wait list for workshop I and IV will be offered a place in this new workshop, or a Friday-only registration at early bird rates.
  • Everybody on the wait list for workshop III (as of Monday morning 9am) will get a place in this workshop.
  • We are unable to offer any discount, in case you can only attend one workshop. Most of the registration fee goes towards catering, satchel and registration administration. Nevertheless, you might prefer a Friday-only registration.
  • We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but did our best to accommodate the demand.

Registration Fees

Due to the ongoing support by all our sponsors, we have been able to keep the registration fee unchanged compared to last year. We like to point out that most of this fee goes towards catering during the conference, registration administration, and registration package.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct deposit, personal cheque, bank draft, or American Express, Visa or Mastercard. 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person.  Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of NZ$75) will be made, providing notification is received by 14 August 2008.  After that date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
