It is our pleasure to invite you to take part in the 5th Clinical Research Conference "Research in Practice" to be held at the Langham Hotel in Auckland, on 28th and 29th August 2008.
NZACRes was founded in August 2004 as a non-profit organization. It is a constituent organization of the Royal Society of New Zealand, our national academy of science. The aim of NZACRes is to provide a forum for clinical researchers in science, healthcare and industry in New Zealand – for exchanging experience, sharing expertise and networking.
This year’s Conference will be exciting and again different from earlier ones.
On the first day of the Conference you are invited to attend interactive workshops on a variety of topics. Thereafter the Exhibition and Poster display is officially opened, and you will have an opportunity to visit the exhibition stands, present any theme related topic and to network while having a cool drink and delicious finger food.
The second Conference day will include key speakers who will address topics including top-notch New Zealand research success stories, an update on the Trans Tasman Regulations, electronic data, drug safety, and how to deal with suspicious data. You will also have an opportunity to present your poster. The meeting will conclude with the announcement of the Best Poster Award winner followed by music entertainment with drinks and food.
For more details please look at the Conference Programme.
Extended coffee and lunch breaks have been scheduled to ensure enough time for meeting peers and visiting the commercial exhibits.
We look forward to welcoming you to the 2008 Clinical Research conference.
